A New CIC with a Clear Vision
Empower Devon is a newly established CIC, created in response to increasing need for consistent, relationship-based mentoring support across Devon.
While the organisation is new, it is built on over seven years of frontline mentoring experience, dedicated to supporting young children and their families throughout Devon.
Our Mission
Empower Devon exists to provide meaningful, relationship-led support that strengthens children, families and communities.
As a CIC, we reinvest into our services to ensure accessible, impactful support for those who need it most.
What We Do
We work with children referred by schools, local authorities, youth services, independent professionals and families directly. Our sessions are designed to build confidence, emotional resilience, social skills and positive engagement with education and community.
We support children who may be:
- Struggling emotionally or behaviourally
- Home-educated
- At risk of exclusion
- Involved with youth justice services
- Neurodivergent
- Experiencing anxiety, low confidence or school avoidance
Every child deserves consistent support, understanding and the opportunity to thrive.
